Many of us in the software engineering profession are now using coding agents to create things we never had time to build before. We are using LLMs as pair-programmers and debugging aids. We have discovered ways to effectively use these tools as individuals. Things get murkier as we scale up and zoom out. At work, we are not just individuals; we are part of teams and organizations. Let’s take a look at a few ways we are using these tools in our interactions with our own teammates and colleagues.

Welcome to my third endeavor running a personal place on the internet. My first attempt was a previous version of this website. That site maybe garnered four or five posts before the server it ran on was repurposed for my subsequent project. I built the second site back in 2015 for my wedding. It used a MEAN stack and included all of the standard song-n-dance you would expect on such a site as well as a simple RSVP form.
